"What are BK's technical qualifications?" What are any of his qualifications? His soft skills are horrendous as demonstrated with his "Hotshot" comment. He really needs to go....

I still have my original Mobil job advertisement cutout from the newspaper from over 30 years ago, and it specifically said "hotshot xxxxxxx wanted" on the first line. Hilarious!
At least he’s honest and is still old school enough to tell it as it is. Feel free to go- no one is asking you to stay. EM still survives and share prices are up 50+% YYD. We don’t need hotshots, we just need soldiers who just execute without questioning.
