I use my voice to broadcast from the LOUDSPEAKER.
We could write a strongly worded letter.
Using your voice might get you fired. Think it through. What matters the most to the BOD? Is it our physical and mental health? Is our work/life balance? Is it profits? Is it shareholder optics?
