just finished my 1:1 with mgr, here's my package
2 months to find another gig in cisco in lieu of WARN notification
3 months lumpsum salary
1 week pay for every year after 10yrs of service
3 months cobra
you have to sign and agree not to sue cisco in the future wrt this work separation
will take this package but will sign after 2 months as I pretend to be "looking" for another gig in cisco. will start firing up my resume to other potential employers as of today since i been looking around but not doing interviews.
No layoffs have been announced.
