MM said high performers could get up to 10% because “we’re a high performance culture” that rewards hard work. I laughed a lot.

Great news that Honeywell has put a hard cap on wage inflation.

For those that are wondering about the compensation of the executives, search for edgar online. It is a federal site that hosts the public company SEC filings. Look for the 8K's under Honeywell International and you can see the stock compensations that are awarded to the big guys. The annual reports also list their salaries.

Most of them also sell a lot of those stocks once awarded. It is depressing to see how much those guys get compared to what we get. These guys can also buy stocks well below market prices.

@1cmt

Sounds like it's the toxic gift that keeps on giving... for the fat-cat shareholders at least.

@1aji, people left because of all the unpaid overtime forced on them before people started leaving.

The sad part is that we will never be compensated for all the unpaid overtime and extra work being thrown on our plates from everyone leaving.

  1. 38%, and a coworker got 1.7%. Or a 5.62% and 6.3% pay cut, considering inflation. Wonder how much leadership got in bonuses?

With the out of control inflation, anything less than 5% is a pay cut.

Aero, Block 5, positive review feedback, no negative comments, impressive 2.0%.
I don't hang with the cool kids, and have never owned, or worn knee pads.

Just leave as I did one month ago. Best decision ever (band 4 director). Joined another company and now I really see how poor Honeywell is in terms of innovation. We have our engineers in the US and Europe. Not dependent on offshore low pace engineering.
