Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

JPM human resources

JPM Human Resources has been outsourced to India and they are horrific at their jobs. It’s a shame that this company is being run into the ground by a bunch of former state street execs. What a waste.

As a hiring manager I can confirm HR is truly terrible. India / Phl handles most of the work but there are a few HR vps in the states. It's a glorified meeting scheduling service at this point.

Why should they care about employees personal information? It’s not like they care or something. You can bet (and win that bet all day long) the decision makers for that deal knows their personal information won’t be included! We already know what Jamie & his operating committee think of employees in both actions and words.

Dimon doesn’t want anyone to stay alive after his own bout with cancer/covid . His motto - If I’m going to die, I’m going to take all JP employees with me.

Not surprising, was bound to happen with the labor shortage here. What gets me is the whole RTTO deal. We’re already at the end of our rope when it comes to resources, why can’t they just let everyone who wants to stay remote, stay remote?!
