BTC will collapse within 5 years, the rampant hiring will be its demise.
BTC is quickly becoming a very toxic place
as it is housed with subpar greedy non-contributing expats from the US,
and
local employees who are from the lowest grade universities only good at a* kissing.
In the USA we supervisors were also want to quit so we don’t have to force rank our teams
Seriously, does anyone care about BTC attrition? Work from the BTC is subpar at best.
The EM employees that get excited about colleagues quitting are happy because the more people that quit leads to less people will be PIP-fired.
Left XOM few years back. Do you want to work for a company where applause occurs when your "teammates" resign? New company I'm at it's like a death in the family

Why are supervisors quitting? Most are getting high pay in exchange for doing nothing!
Noon! Are you serious? I see BTC crew constantly and actively post positive stories and images of XOM on LInkedIn all the time now, wondering why they would be leaving then if they are in love with XOM.
