Corp Risk Location Strategy no more

Corp Risk has decided to X the location strategy. I guess it was MN all along. This is the 1st step in moving towards more flexible Wfh rules.

It’s not going away. DF just wants to allow for all WF Hub options and not just the ones MN narrowed it down to.

for internal requisitions/postings this be is true, you can post positions and move around if you are in a hub previously off limits to risk, like California. at this point external hires are still not allowed. the communication is slowly coming out in various town halls across risk with more info to come.

All along to me that was the solution, anyone in risk prior to X date was exempt. Any new hires had to be at core locations. Then the problem over time would fix itself.

DF and Juliano talked about it on the ORM town hall yesterday. I wouldn't say it's going away. Just modified if you are already in Risk. If you get hired into Risk, it will still apply to you.
