Ironically, I got a 4.25% raise after deciding not to put in so much effort anymore. Earlier, when I was engaged and gave my best, I didn't get a raise. Anyone else with such an experience? And yes, thanks to Verizon for the raise this time, but I will definitely be leaving soon.

I was surprised the machine kept the pay cut about the same with inflation rates.
OP, I am on the do less plan too.
t mobile gave me a 10% raise
How many people got 0 or 1.5 and performing?
hiring is also based on race and not by talent
bonuses and raises are based strictly on race not merit.
Well my team got the same, we are WFH now, we do more hours but no complain, we save in office maintenance, commute, and time....guess what we even do work after hours...we like it.... .that made everyone happier and a lot, I mean a lot more efficient and our numbers were extremely well...that is reason behind the raise. Go somewhere else if you do not like it here and see the world outside...maybe, just maybe you do not know what you got till is gone!!!
Inflation is at 7% and climbing. Congratulations on your 3% pay cut!
It wasnt you there was a whole lot of 4.25% that went around to certain groups. Maybe all your peers got the same. Whether it was job taxonomy or some ones idea of a joke to stop everyone from leaving I dont think we will ever know.
Wow guess everyone got that 4.25% lol
let the bragging/ complaining begin.....
Gratz on the raise. I won’t see my numbers until probably late Thursday. Always been that way. I expect 3% but of course hope for more:)
