Just issue RSU’s to themselves at a massive level. So stock being flat doesn’t hurt them. Fiserv is a piggy bank they empty until they sell it for parts (strategic merger) and cash out big time.

You’re right about the RSUs but they’re not going anywhere. Even with another merger they’ll come out on top.
