Just got finished with a town hall for my department. If course RTO was brought up. At one point we were told we are following the CDC guidelines. We were also told the Bank considers you fully vaccinated if you have 2 shots, boosters don't have to be uploaded in the portal. According to the CDC guidelines to be considered fully vaccinated you need to have your booster to be fully vaccinated. The biggest mistake I made was uploading my vaccine status. I have not up loaded my booster info, will not! I think I'll forward that info to my 2nd level and see what happens.

The bottom line and efficiency ratios are the only thing that matters to a bank. Please never forget that each day you log into the VPN. As I was once told by upper management in a team meeting, “Remember you are all nothing but a number in the grand scheme of things here at the bank, and we can pull a new number from the pot whenever we wish”. This was a pep talk from an upper management person who came into town from the east coast meeting us for the first time. Super motivating 🙄
Check the vaccine cards, they have space for 4 shots. These guys knew it all along that pandemic would last more than 2 years. Another 2 years at the very least.
I keep telling you people , this company doesn't gives a rats azz about us. They continually lie to us and gives us shillty salary that doesn't keep up with inflation. This fuhking CEO BM only cares about his azz and his cronies. The RTO agenda is a joke. They can't even plan realistic return date . They must have pushed it back a dozen times. We have incompetent mutherfuhkers at the top in this company. That is why I am just using this shlithole until something better comes along.
"Fully vaccinated" is an evolving term. There is no such thing. Give it six months, you wont be "fully vaxinated" unless you're on the annual subscription model.

According to the CDC you don’t need a booster to be considered fully vaxxed. B of A does lie, but they didn’t lie to you about this.
