Now No OT for ES (this is good as we dont get paid for OT) and move to RevCogs

Aero. Biz as usual with rde cut at end of every quarter in 2021. At it again but this time sooner in Feb, not waiting till march. Mgmt is stuck with no other rabbit to pull out of hat to save the qtr. They are too scare to do another rif due to bad pr and already lost too many due to prior rif and quitting. It is like watching a slow sinking titanic
