document everything! all emails cc yourself. Then, poke the bear, push their buttons, and become a thorn in their sides. Make a game out of it and watch them squirm. It's fun!

Are you covered by worker comp if you get in a car wreck while working off the clock ?

Nope, sales. I've been bullied by the DM and RMS, pushed around, over worked, treated poorly, you name it, but I do not work for free. There is absolutely no way they could force someone to work for free.

I stand by what I said.

If you work off the clock, that's on you.

You cannot be forced to work off the clock.

There is currently some kind of rule/law trying to be imposed to protect specifically bakery workers against these practices.

Hopefully for all of them it will pass.
