100% return to work at EMHC

One of our managers hinted in our team meeting that the campus will start ramping up 100% return to work BY end of summer. Then the next day our supervisor mentioned to some that it would be beneficial for ranking to come back to the office and be seen more.

Anyone else hear the same messaging?

I was told 100% attendance was a condition of me passing my PIP last year. I thumbed my nose at that and continued to flex my day as needed to fit my personal needs, and passed it anyway-only to leave on my own terms less than a month after getting the confirmation from HR that I passed the PIP.
That same POS boss would do my PIP check-ins via Zoom, with a black background to try to hide the fact he was not in his office, but rather working remotely from one of his multiple retirement homes around the country.
I heard yesterday that lying sack was told he would be PIPed for this year and chose to retire. Karma is a bi—h.

Been back in the office since May 2020. The 2 months at home were different and more fun in some ways, but real human interaction was missing. And yes, after a time if the boss isn’t seeing you in the office while your co-workers are there, you are setting yourself apart, and not in a good way. Nothing new under the sun.

PEOPLE ARE STILL WFH? Field offices have been working every day all day through this whole thing. Quit your crying and get back to the office you liberals.

While a note was sent out a few months back, I think this time it’s going to be pushed more heavily now that ranking is coming up soon. And it’s easier to rep a person who’s present than one who’s MIA abet still working via zoom, etc. Harsh but true.

100% will not be returning to the EMHC campus when the 2022 PIP's and NSI's are completed.

I heard the same here in energy 3, since the mask guidelines have changed there is less reasons no to not come into the office.
Our trib manager even quoted DW saying that the campus was built for collaboration and thats the intent to have in place wellll before DW and team sets up camp in the Wellness Quad

My manager just confirmed a few people wouldn’t be coming back to the office for health reasons until they were comfortable. As for the rest of us, we’ve been expected to be in the office all last year so yea no change at all. We do get to come in / leave when we want and work somewhat less “traditional” hours significantly more than pre-Covid, and that’s not changing.
