Baich definitely was hard to like while here but you learned quickly how good he was when we’re left with the junk the last few years we’ve had. Baich did a great job maturing things and getting big time funding compared to what we had before. He’s earned many’s respect.
@1qel+1fnAzV9G so true - I left about halfway through Gary because it was clear the end was near. I feel bad for the good people still hoping it will get better. Most of the senior team from the Rich days beat it out of there, too.
Rich might not have been the most polished guy in the corporate sense but he knew what to do and always stood by his team. It’ll be a long time before WF sees that in their CISO again.
ICS been in a downward spiral since Steve Brown and Rich Baich left.
ICS is clearly in doldrums with a number of senior people (brought in by the prior short-lived CISO) without a godfather. These people have zero skills or technical proficiency. It will pretty obvious to the new CISO why his leadership team he inherited is totally useless.
Will be purged once new CISO comes in and installs people only of his homeland descent. Then nail in coffin when he moves 25% offshore
