The way I see it, those of you who keep complaining have two choices. You can stay at Mondelez and continue to be miserable or you can leave and find a much better place that treats its employees better. Unless you enjoy being miserable, I don't see why you're not utilizing the second option.

People stay for a variety of reasons.
It's not complaining, it's venting, which is a coping mechanism.
Don't read people's "complaints," keep scrolling.
Just like they can leave Mondelez, you can leave this site.
