What LOB is putting out hybrid surveys? I'm in the CFO Group and there has been no mention of any consideration of a hybrid model.

I think people will quit if not 3 wfh days a week...just say 30 work from home days a quarter or something like 100 a year...anything less it bullschlit...

One day a month? That’s a joke right? That’s insulting AF. That’s almost worst than no remote allowed. I think if they do that people will leave.

I do think that ultimately they will let us do hybrid and it will be one day a month.... the bare minimum..... and we'll hear about how flexible and accommodating the company is every chance they get

We take our employee feedback seriously and have introduced additional flexibility to the best place to work.

A. Synergy and camaraderie of working along with your peers together in-person. (Recommended option by management as your name will be added to a 'certain' list if chose other than 'A' as this survey is not confidential)
B. Hybrid remote. One day a month remote (bank to add restriction like monitoring, inconvenient scheduling or some other massively negative feature)

  1. Hybrid remote alternate. Open-office hoteling with the option of working a flexibility day twice per month with BAND 3 approval. Note, each flexibility day requires prior BAND 3 approval.

Actual quote from upper management last week:

Associate: “Will there be any upcoming surveys, asking questions about our WFH preference?”

Upper management: “I haven’t heard anything about a survey…I think we’ve gotten enough feedback on WFH”
