Was anyone’s bonus or merit (should be going out in the next week) valuable enough to consider staying another year?

I got MET SOME. Still got a 3.4% merit increase and a $40K bonus, not including the advances already distributed in 2021. I sense retain desperation.

4% merit increase is good. I think the 5% everyone else is referring to is what we all got back in October or November.
I got exceeds with a 4% pay raise. My bonus was $20K. I’m lvl 56. Kinda feeing lame after reading everyone else’s raises.
I think my bonus will be decent, will share once I have the info.
Also, yes, a 5% bump like everyone else.
I don't think the 5% bump we got puts us on par with industry. But that's me, I may be especially low balled here. Not holding my breath for an outstanding bonus. Definitely already looking to start interviewing elsewhere. Can't hurt.
I got a %5 bump just like everyone else, and I am finally at market value. We will see what the Bonus looks like. I know my manager already doesn't like me, so we will see how big (or small) mine is. But I am hanging in there while I do other things on the side.
That's a negative. In about two weeks, not next week. I am expecting around $35K, after my $6K advance in 2021.
