People are already leaving the company in droves because there are many other companies that offer better pay and better benefits for the same job you're doing here. My advice is to take your talents and offer them to somebody else. Somebody who'll know how to appreciate them. Places like that still exist.

This is the most disgruntled group of employees ever and the reason is one person...Frank.
How does that look on their resume? Lol
What happens is people leave for less money just to get out. Then they realize how much they are worth and that other companies are not as terrible, so they quit once again for more money than they made at fiserv. It's happened to several people on my team.
You are telling me that Fiserv's pay is so low that people have to switch jobs three times just to get up to a market rate?
The stock is at a 52 week low. The only bad career decision is staying at this sinking ship.
Just like clockwork the quitters show up on Fiserv Layoffs to try and persuade and brow beat others to quit to justify their bad career decision. I know of several people who left Fiserv and are already on job number two or three…buyer beware of listening to those who left to find not only was the grass not greener but rather a dirt patch.
FiServ is all lip service on “thank you”…they want everyone back in office…better together in cube farm…
This seems like a common theme and you are right. Working at Fiserv is like organizing the deck furniture on the Titanic.
