Playbook on how to get rid of older workers

  1. ) Place incompetent younger manager w/ zero experience in charge. Make sure the new manager works remote from another state and visits on-site infrequently.
  2. ) Use cronyism to create divisiveness. Play favorites, ignore older workers. Give precedent and favors to newer, younger workers.
  3. ) Change annual bonus incentive compensation to quarterly. Lie publicly about the changes and say that “you’ll make adjustments at year-end if payouts are lower but production is the same or better than prior years”. Shamelessly deny the lie later.
  4. ) Cut the annual bonus to shreds. Refuse cost-of-living raises.
  5. ) Micro-manage older workers to the point of borderline harassment.
  6. ) Make cumbersome, non-sensical operational procedural changes to demoralize workers.
  7. ) Start recording all phone calls. Capture computer screen shots when on the phone. Lie and say changes are for “regulatory” purposes. Then zing nasty gram e-mails if the older worker dares to say anything that deviates from fake sales script protocols. Copy the zinger e-mail to the remote manager that the older worker needs “coaching”.
  8. ) Shut down the older workers’ job function and then offer to migrate them to a dead end telemarketing job working nights and weekends at lower pay. Make them switch remote managers yet again. Then, after a year, shut down the telemarketing job altogether.
  9. ) If anyone complains to HR, direct the older worker to speak to their manager’s manager instead of doing your job and actually resolving any of the above.
  10. ) Before they leave, smear their reputation with false statements.

This bank has a long list of discrimination lawsuits they have paid out in the last 15 years . Just google Bank of America discrimination lawsuits and you will see everything from racial, gender and age discrimination. I guess this bank loves paying out millions rather than keep good employees. This company is run by d-mbazz empty suit mutherfockers. The CEO is the biggest one.

I think all BAC would have to do is offer a decent early retirement package to anyone 60+ years of age plus 15 years service. There seems to be quite a few people, like myself, whom are ready to retire but hanging on until retirement age when government benefits kick in. After a few years BAC should see reduction of labor cost. I seriously doubt senior management care about the loss of years of acquired knowledge walking out the door as long as earnings are up.

Bank of America has paid millions in discrimination lawsuits which include gender, minorities, age, and other legal issues. I know someone from EEOC and they told me Bank of America is known for their discrimination . He told me just make sure you notify their BOA human resource first and let them know your filing a complaint. He said keep notes of every incident.

I knew that existed here for years and actually seen some olders get that very same treatment. This company is azz backwards like I said before . These empty suit mofos think nobody knows what they are doing. Everybody knows this exist around the company . I feel if this does happen to you go to HR first and then file a complaint with EEOC.
