Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

I finally decided to leave the company

Well I finally decided to leave the company it been a long time coming It wasnt a too hard decision. But a scary decision to make but I had to do I couldn't take the bulls**** anymore. Having a manger who feel like he control you all the time. I have a good chuck of my like to the company ment alot of good people on the way. But mentally I need to leave. I'm going to miss my co workers and the job itself I loved my job there. If it wasnt for the dictator of a manger I would have stayed. But since leaving I feel much better and I can relax again. I think this company need to do a another manger shake up some of these manger need to go some of these manger fell they are untouchable. Because they kiss the gm bu-t I have seen alot of a-s kiss over the years. It pretty sad to head in this company is to kiss someone a-s that make me mad I'm so glad I left.

Making more or less money but you’ll be better! People that left told me the same thing! Sam’s Club is not the same anymore! They give hard time to good workers, not only with work but schedules, days off, etc. They just listen to what others say instead of getting to know the workers. Our GM at Secaucus is a dictator as well. Such a racist horrible person. I don’t think big bosses know what’s going on in details. You made the right decision by leaving this horrible company.

You will be fine. In six months you will be happier than you are now. This company has become wretched and they treat their employees like garbage.

Good luck!!!

I wish you the best. You are an example that we all can re-invent ourselves and reach for the that gold ring.

Good luck to you. I’ve been around 33 years. It’s no where close to the company that I was so proud to work for.
