Leadership's expectations are ridiculous. Do they really think that employees will be committed to ensuring that BNYM meets expectations while that same leadership operates below every expectation of its employees? It's high time they rethink their expectations and what they offer employees in return.

The only thing the higher ups like tractor boy and his ilk care about is their bottom line and stick grants. OK!!!????
