Chuck is responsible for the ghost town that is now the WF SF headquarters. There are zero top level executives in SF. Why not sell it off and shut it down?

Seriously though, I have no idea where Dr. Brent “works”. If it’s SF, so what? He’s not ou4 mascot. We’ve been a non-hub hub for YEARS. I’ve known a lot of long-tenured white dudes targeted for layoffs, but the rest of us still don’t know our fates. Even though virtually NO jobs could be posted in SF for YEARS. But congrats, way to kick someone when they’re down.
I won’t be surprised if we move that HQ to Texas in the next couple years. WFA has been buying a large amount of buildings & footprint in the Dallas/ft worth area. Just search “project falcon”. Of course WFA denies it
WF needs to get rid of all the PT zone employees. They are too hard to get ahold of, can't schedule them when the other 80% of the people for a call are available, etc.
Not their fault but just doesn't work with a NYC bank, which is what we are now.
I like how we have to go through diversity and inclusion training to be told that all people like to be treated as adults and then WF hires some doc to treat us like children.
My favorite thing about Dr Brent so far is the rumor his major pharma CEO friend said that he told Saul and Saul put it in his blog. Second only to the new HR Lady saying he’ll be “writing a blog”.
The only useful pandemic info I’ve heard from sr mgmt was Scott Powell in the Woman’s team member network - whatever those are called now - meeting about all the air filtration and circulation things he had to learn about to prepare for RTO.
The company has been slowly and not so quietly exiting its California footprint for a while. In two years there’ll be half or even fewer CA employees and buildings.
