For the first time in 10 years, HRBP was on my performance review call. I got performing; however, I was told I will not get $ amts for STI & raise % until I sign my review. It’s not a good review. I got leading from same mgr 4 yrs ago. I didn’t get the appraisal text and pdf until after the call. I know I’m fuq’ed 7 ways to Sunday. I was on disability this past year; back since August. I currently work 10-12 hour days which have been detrimental to my health. I have been trying to work with accommodations. That’s fun! A 9 hour workday at Band 7 is not a possibility or guaranteed. Breaks? Hahaha
I got receipts but I’m not that person. I don’t want to be that person or pin anyone out. I said I’d sign release. I want concerns heard. I would love a package but this review says gurl no package. I’ve had 3 interviews since January for internal & 3 rejections. I think I’ve got that red flag in my file.
Everyone says I must sign. I’m assessing options. Being a disabled person working at Chipotle is not a good option. I need to get my health back to apply for outside jobs. Working on it.
