Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Stalling Out: Rosneft/Gazprom buyout not likely now. Who wants us?

EM been working it a long time, since the Raymond daze.
Rrrrex T even had a casbah outside Moscow and partied hard with young Vlad.
Got a gold reward for his efforts, far more than he got from the US version of Vlad.

But it is all falling apart now.
You would think with all the troubles along the borders, threatening the world energy economy (Crude at 150? some say), that the XOM counter would be about 90 today.
But staying flat. Did they stop NYSE trading on us? Are we a Sanction victim?

Naah. It's not that simple.
Those that know, know this. EM is so deep in Oligarchia, that DW can spell and sign his name in Cyrillic. Woodcheff is the joke name on his boxes being packed in Irving.

Watch the twisting and turning this company will be going through.
Spring-time for Putin in Guyana? Not likely.

Twisting and turning. Exxon probably is.
But BP owns 20% of Rosneft. Boress is troubled by that.

Hard to see a pretty picture for EM among all the petrochem bigs in this.
Uglier by the minute.
If the facts are right, several Russian entities own percentages of EM properties in GOM, TX, and elsewhere.
Frankly, and Ernestly - if there is a comingling of any US company with Russian ownership, a shutdown is likely. That is: nationalize it.

That was Raymond's second thought: If we can't do the RU, let's get Nationalized.
Rex heard that.
And Arthur Anderson or whoever has the Metaplug in DW's brain heard that.
Let's see what buy-out the guvuhment gives us.

So what's a po-boy to do?
Just sit and spoil on the dashboard?
