So much for getting that $200 to report our vaccination status.. those who didn’t report theirs get to WFH and save far more on these astronomical gas prices.
They should not require mandatory RTO until they’re comfortable implementing it for all - including unvaccinated.
I would LOVE an explanation as to why everyone is being forced to RTO, only to get to the office and have to isolate! Stay in your office with the door shut, wear that dirty, ugly face diaper all day, make sure you social distance, don't use the kitchen, don't ride in an elevator together....I mean, what's the point?!

Maybe I'm a dinosaur, but don't any of you remember the great forced RTO years ago? They didn't care then, they don't care now.
I didn't report my vax status, still was called to come back in Jan, I also know people who are fully vaxxed and haven't received an email to RTO yet. I don't know how they are planning the RTO, but it is not based on vax status.

I believe that OP refers to last year's incentive that people in some areas of the bank received. That incentive was not offered company wide.
You vaxxed people did it so you would have immunity to Covid, so why are you not focused on that fact you constantly spew! Oh, wait...

Agreed! I’ll be spending that $200 in gas the first 3 weeks.. while the unvaxed continue working from home and being rewarded.
Went back in September… not a soul was in a desk across the whole floor- and they make it sound like associates are begging to get back.. laughable! Just be honest and say the excecs will do what they want regardless of what the associates are asking for (which is aligned to what many other companies have offered… flexibility!). Times have changed and workloads will feel the pain as BofA loses great talent because they’re slow to accept it.
