Unlike you, my productivity is up 50% since we started working from home. No constant cubicle pop-ins, no listening to unproductive neighbors on the phone or chatting nearby, no annoying requests for a useless breakout session. No commuting or stuck in traffic issues! I just sit at my home office setup, bang it out and get ‘er done every…single…day! Stop whining and do your job!!!

Re: Titanic. Assign field people to shovel the coal and prep the emergency dingys for us Calgary people. Get them to mop up the floors before the ship sinks.

Majority of the field folks I have met in my career are good decent hard-working people. Every now and then you run into a deplorable who (when the onion is peeled back) is just an insecure person for whatever reason.

Pitting office / field people against each other is stupid. Like it or not, we're all on this sinking ship together.

The field are trash. Lowest common denominator. Ask women who have worked or visited there.

I went up to CL from Calgary pre-covid to assist with boring regulatory stuff. A few up there were razzing me about getting papercuts in an office and carpel tunnel syndrome. Even though none of them could pronounce it and we had to finish many of their sentences. Not the best and the brightest but darn golly they felt superior in the moment. Many of them kept looking over their shoulders the entire time.. Probably looking for their fathers approval. They also chatted about hockey and hunting for 45 minutes straight at 9am while us Calgary office divas were busy working. Goes both ways. PS. They weren't on break or off shift.

How clueless is CLT. Only 277 people went back to the office voluntarily and they are shocked because that’s contrary to Alex’s claims on Intranet that everyone’s dying to come back to the office. Just shows how far removed leadership is from reality

Ah yes, the typical insecure field guy: "The field does all the work! Not them Calgary people in all them fancy officer towers." and "I ain't workin' for or listenin' to no Calgary people." Buddy, shouldn't you be in Ottawa?

If it wasn't for us working at home... you wouldn't even have a job. So show a little gratitude.
