Hearing rumors that NJ campus locations of Bedmister and Middletown will likely be closed or significantly downsized? Anyone have any more info?

Yes, building A has no cafeteria, no water or soda machines, barely any cleaning services, and mostly dark. Waiting for a plan for closing and relocation of a few labs.
Most of the closings were in buildings B and D which are walk through buildings from parking garages for buildings C and E.
Friends in Middletown were told to empty out their offices and plan on working 100% from home. No explanations were given. I suspect building D and E will be closed off, although there still labs in the buildings. It is expensive to move labs. We've known for a while the building lease has been coming due.
Many I know who work in MT were asked if they wanted to give up their offices and all said yes. If they stripped all the furnishings I wish they would have put some of those thousand dollar office chairs up for sale! Plus all the other equipment, paper, etc.
My understanding is the Middletown clean out was so AT&T could take a lease impairment.
About half of two of the smaller buildings--they are still 5 story buildings--in Middletown have been cleaned out. And stripped completely to the walls. All desks, cabinets, everything removed in offices and in hallways. In all cases, it was half of a floor and the other side of the floor was unaffected. Smaller amounts of two other buildings have also been stripped in the same way. They have not vocalized why they did not just shut down one entire building instead and consolidating but it's clear that they had to make things totally unusable by anyone to get whatever cost savings they were looking for.
They’ve been closing certain floors in some buildings in Middletown. Haven’t heard anything regarding the whole building yet.
