Yes, The Layoff has "content rules" that will get a post removed if violated. See the above link. At the bottom of the page there is also a link to them.
To whoever said to describe a person, need to be vague enough as PII (identifiable info, look it up) is not allowed here. That means any combination of data that pinpoints to someone for certain will probably get nuked (i.e. a blond plus location if only one person at that location is blond). The same applies to a lot of other social networks, probably because it’s libelous.
