Although I didn't have visibility to all departments, unfortunately, the overall sentiment recently has been that the culture has declined.
Benefits remain strong but at the cost of no work/life balance and toxic environments.

Can we just admit that the hiring of Cathy P is a FAIL? She was not a leader or productive as an AP and the trend continues. If you changed the movie title of The Invisible Man to Invisible Woman, it would sum her up in a nutshell. Empty suit, trying to RE-ORG by implementing AMT structure.

Yeah this has been mentioned several times before. Let us know when the persons responsible for the culture change are fired so we can celebrate.
