I've been with the bank 19 years. I was promoted once in a prior group and was finally promoted, after 11 years, in my current group.
2 years. I kinda got 2, which was strange. I got remapped to a senior, then promoted to lead. Honestly, what do titles even mean these days?
13 years, promoted twice in first 4 years, nothing since. It's not the promo's I care about, it's the money and they pretty much force you to leave and come back to get updated cost-of-living increases. These 1-2% increases for 13 years is BS.
I've been here 5 years and promoted 3 times...and then essentially 'demoted' once for spans and layers.

Didn’t everyone get a promotion last year? Standard to senior….senior to lead. Etc.
I was promoted on 2/1 and had been with the company for a number of years. Just resigned to take an outside role.

Promotion? Folks, we have a comedian….
Got laid off in April 2021. Got a nice package and it took me to retirement. That was my promotion! Now I’m consulting when I want making a ton of money, and traveling when I want sipping on rum and margaritas!
What’s with people that started calling the company “the firm”? I don’t trust you.
