FUD: Fear Uncertainty Disinformation

Looks like people see the Fear and Uncertainty and don’t buy the Disinformation

“ Wall Street thinks that AMD will win

The co----e nose jobs of Wall Street think Intel’s chip making plans to meet rising demand will give AMD a greater foothold in the segment.

Intel, which plans large investments in chip technologies in the next four years, said it expects revenue from its segment housing PCs to grow in low to mid-single digits, and its datacenter and AI business to grow in the high teens from 2023 through 2026.

The company's shares fell about six percent, while those of AMD slipped a percent.

AMD's market cap briefly breached Intel's earlier this week when it closed its $50 billion Xilinx deal. AMD is now about a billion dollars short of Intel's $182 billion market cap, both far from Nvidia's $585 billion.

In servers, AMD had less than five percent market share in 2018, but now holds 15 percent. This could go as high as 25 percent, WestPark Capital analyst Ruben Roy said.

In PCs, he expects AMD market share to reach the high 20s from its current 18-20 percent range.

"We think share gains will continue as Intel tries to catch up on manufacturing process tech."

Wall Street is not impressed with Intel's latest chip plans, which analysts said lacked "credibility" amid tough competition and includes muted gross margin growth and aggressive spending.

Piper Sandler analyst Harsh Kumar said there was no imminent threat to Nvidia and AMD from Intel's ambitious roadmap. "Intel only plans to find its normal cadence but is not really expected to take any meaningful share."

Intel’s hit the iceberg starting during PSO days with singular focus on x86 and not leveraging its leadership and scale for mobile and of course infamous passing on Apple. Instead they spend billions to tens of billions all for not.

Continued with the clown, accelerated during the Bob days.

Now there is a religious fanatic who seems to believe in destiny as strategy instead of strategy leveraging strengths

Instead he is attacking on all fronts regardless of competitors position nor Intels. Destiny baby with no regard to common sense, no wonder Wallstreet is skeptical.

His logic is right up there with crazy leaders who believe in their our their countries destiny
