How is engineerging doing, FOS and TS doing? Shity management had laid off so many good people to give their pets raise and to earn their own bonuses.

Agree UOP culture etc was destroyed by Honeywell greed and Hineywell 80/20. Sell it to a customer. Make them pay for Honeywell to fix it. Brilliant but also gross.
Just looked at all the HR people left UOP as quickly as they could. Take a hint
@7ngs+1fsb9CED I think be best thing for UOP be sold Honeywell wrecked an awesome 100 year old company with all their propaganda cr-p, goals, accelerator training, people retiring early than they wanted to way they are treated even though awesome workers. Power greed and control all they want. Oh and no ba--s from our managers to stick up for us all they worried about pronouns in their emails and join a network.

Nobody left. Everyone continually quits. Pay rises were less than 25% of inflation.

UOP being pulled to far to the left. Keep that stuff other side of the fence we are there to do our job and worry who you want to be that day. Psh unreal
They had box lunch with different boss than your own since not many did the survey guess they know moral not good how come had they had them to see what up. What was brought up most was our d-mb goals, no support, too much training stuff online that doesn't fit our jobs. Oh I'm sure alot more could been brought up if did sure HR be calling you or maybe sent packing.
They sure are trying hire alot people since they let go alot and alot left early retirement as they were being treated unfair during review times.
So yeah we all are just trying to survive best we can.
