If true, it is a terrible way to run a business. Employees NEED days off in a row to do family outings or just be away from that place and
breathe. Two days off is two days off. Absolutely no reason they can't be together!
Yes! But in my club they let everybody choose their days off but me. GM is super racist!!!

Didn't we sign paper for the blocked schedule? I am not sure if they can change without discussing with an associate and sign another paper
False we still have associates that still get every single weekend off. That's some cr-p. Every. Single. Weekend
Our am merch lead works overnight sometimes. We all think its because he wants to get away from his crazy wife that works that. No one likes her. We like him.
Block scheduling has not changed. If schedules have changed it’s because managers are overriding the system. Which will affect their scheduling accuracy which they are suppose to adhere to.
losing people doesn't bother home office. fact is, they want turnover. one thing they do not want is long term associates.

have not heard anything about that. although a weekend day off is rare for block schedules, most people seem to like it because they get two days in a row off.
if home office knew that most associates enjoyed have their off days together, they'd change it in a heart beat. they DO NOT want you to have a life outside of Sam's.
My days off have been split for 9 months. And they are horrible days at that. Maybe mine will be an improvement.
uumm it is true ...many of our peoples hours are changing with split days off .. no choice ..our whole evening crew got changed..
