Can’t believe there was a DH that basically disregarded how we are over worked and told us our priorities weren’t straight if we thought an extra $500 was worth our extra work. Money is money and XOM doesn’t provide their employees that.

Management and EMRE must be making minimum wage because they always happy. Wonder if they would swap paychecks with me. I want some of what they getting.
Simply don’t understand the clowns that post these things! Somehow regular employees are not motivated by money while upper management is and this is why they have pseudo performance based incentives!
I understand how you feel, but studies have shown that extra money doesn’t motivate employees, in fact it actually makes employees mad. At ExxonMobil we want you to have the opportunity to work on what you want to work on, when you want to work on it, and how you want to work on it. That is what motivates employees. Employees want to work on things that are meaningful to them and have control on the what, how, and when. We even give you the opportunity to work remotely.
