I hope the attorney general burns the general manager for being such a pizzle. This company is horrible to its long time employees.

Poster is correct. It’s a discrimination type of claim. Civil Rights Act. Civil rights type of claim.

Sir you are simply wrong. An AG for a state would not get involved in this situation.
Please educate yourself. One employee at Sam's Club is not a public interest. Let alone the comment about 'weekly reports'. An AG represents the state.

As I posted 'They also counsel state government agencies and legislatures, and represent the public interest in their state'.

Public interest sir, not an alleged disclination suit from one employee. Seriously you can not be this foolish or misinformed to stand by a post that a employee of the Club is secretly or overtly meeting with the AG of the state on this type of an issue.

Now if you have simply posted that he was working with legal counsel who had advised him to document his work days and to continue to work as directed. Well that could be another story.

As for your woke comment. This had nothing to do with the current pollical climate , this is a simple fact that this would not be happening. Your comment just shows your mentality that you were wrong and must defend your post at all costs.

Now of course anyone can say call your AG. Or anyone can simply go to the state government website and read the roles of each elected official. Anyone can do this and copy and paste the results here, to verify we can copy and search the paragraph posted back to the original website. Clearly you didn't do that before your posted. Research is your friend.

@mly. Hey genius, why don't you try calling your attorney General. Put your money where your mouth is. They work for the people of each state. They will contact you with in 24 hours to discuss your problems and guide you as needed. If you weren't so woke, you would be more than a joke.

Any Attorney General of a state handles public legal matters when they arise in a state. They also counsel state government agencies and legislatures, and represent the public interest in their state.

But maybe this one is different and meeting the employee behind the dumpster after his shift for the weekly reports.

If your are going to post some BS at least understand the job title you are using in your claim.

During the transition only one greeter stayed on and they put him in carts to force him out. 74 years old. He stuck it out and he made it out to the gas station now where our Hi---r gm is constantly harassing him. Coaches him repeatedly for insignificant stuff and tells him once per week that one more coaching and you're fired. Little does this gm know that the attorney general of our state is monitoring the situation and is getting weekly reports.
