Fiserv messed up my H1B filing. I'm now out-of-status and facing deportation.

Apparently Fiserv wants to do layoffs without announcing layoffs.
Knowing Frank, I'm surprised he didn't call you up personally and offer to have you relocate to the Pune office.
the sh it show that is HR and legal are today I am not surprised this happened. Just getting these done prior to FD was dreadful amount of back and forth. Sorry for your hardship.
