Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Hi friends, I find myself prepping for an interview for an internal role change. It's been a moment since I've last interviewed and I understand we still do the SAR method, or behavioral interview, but can you refresh my memory on the 4 categories of questions? Also, are interviewers still picking one question from each category? Any insights would be greatly appreciated and I thank you in advance. For reference, this is for a band 7V position.
