Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Vaccination credits don't hit our paystubs until April

If you and your spouse decided to get vaccinated, you won't see credit for that on your paystubs until April.

Yet another way the bank is nickel and diming the folks who decide to leave after bonus season. And another poorly communicated "gotcha!" that you won't see the bank boasting about in the news.

Keep stringing you along until February for bonuses.

Keep stringing you along until March for RSU vesting.

Now keep stringing you along until April for vaccination credits.

Maybe the month of May will be the free toaster folks are talking about?

If you're taking off... you deserve exactly: EARNED pay, to date, and pay for PTO accrued but not taken. Period. Quit begging and GTFO.

So you’re upset you have to wait until April, instead of being upset that they made it a requirement to begin with? Is it not a $250 credit regardless of when it starts? Penalizing those who exercised body autonomy & chose not to be vaxxed is the real crime.

Pretty happy you got the experimental clot-shot to save a few buck on your insurance, huh?

Yes, the vaccination portion of wellness credit. It is 1/2 of the overall wellness credit this year. Folks who fulfilled the requirements don't start getting that 1/2 of the credit until April. Check your paystubs.

Just another way for the bank to save a few cents on folks who leave early.

I’m not sure what credits you are referring to. Are you talking about the wellness credit?
