Decision-making skill

It is pretty clear that the leadership of the TR are not great decision-makers. I'm just interested in how they make decisions, what does it look like?

It seems to me that they are actually experimenting, that is, that decision-making is not preceded by a detailed plan, nor are making decisions based on past experience. Perhaps I'm exaggerating, but that's how it all looks to me.

The decision about your raise is a square in a 3 x 3 Excel box. They d-mbed down that decision. I wonder why.

No skiils or experienced needed. Just be an eye candy to the C-level execs.

Their detailed plan in the U.S. is to outsource as many jobs as they can, now at an accelerated pace.
