Leaving after 10 years

Have finally made decision that it’s not going to get any better. TAP is a complete disaster. Tons of open roles, and when they can fill an opening, they are hiring outside with no experience required. Large customers very upset already, only going to get worse. EB inspires zero confidence. CR was 20x better. Friends in TAP large say JT invisible, zero leadership and everyone looking. New VP more worried about how many dials you make vs real sales strategy. Veteran reps all looking/leaving. What happened to this place?? Used to be great.

I also see what Large TAP is doing and it’s nuts. New management is terrible. SS is d-mb, AS is conniving, JF is gross, nothing from new managers. It’s a shame.
