Word on the street is that Frankie is more open to flexible and remote working arrangements. Can anyone confirm?

Omaha/came in early. Parking lot total ice…nice majority just makes decision to wfh…even in same dept mixed messages…for many that’s ok. For many not ok…do you think this keeps people happy? Do you think this builds teamwork…no it does not…fosters animosity among the group.
At least they won't be able to blame Zuckerberg much longer. I spoke to a recruiter from Meta, aka Facebook, last week and he told me their studies during the pandemic showed huge increases in productivity from remote work. It's not surprising since every study ever done shows increased productivity when engineers work from home. The recruiter told me Meta is switching to a model where 50% of their workforce will be remote in the next five years.
Like in every other company where people are crying because 'it isn't fair' for this reason or that reason... if you're one of the few who actually get things done, you get a lot more leeway than if you're one of the many who constantly have to call one of those few. If you're one of the many... you are far more expendable.
Flexible, as long as you work in the office in NJ.
Don’t hold your breath…his iron fist ruling will continue to drive people away. And who is to say people are back yet…Omaha continues to be very empty.. and as always flexibility isn’t meant for everyone. BUT…as gas prices continue to raise…wfh had better be a real option for everyone
