After all the re-orgs and changes, not to mention tons of talent walking out the door since BD and BR came in. BR is out...what shall we expect from this #@!$ show in 2022?

Chicago columnist Mike Royko wrote that "the Daley boys" were so d-mb they couldn't tie their own shoes. Bill Daley phoned Mr. Royko and told him: "Mike, don't worry. We're all wearing loafers now."
BD is so stupid...
When will this train wreck end? Bill is 2/3 for hired leaders. The only one left is Brian Smith, who is MIA. Nate = out. Barri = out. Robyn Luhning running everything when she knows nothing. It's tragic what happened to a very, very talented and committed team.
I was a direct report to JR and in 17 months I realized he was dreadful so I applied out. People kept asking me why I would leave a c suite manager? Well to know JR is to know how bad a person can really be. JR’s mom was in ICU the day before he was to lay off OS rather then go be at her bedside he wanted to do the lay off face to face. HH even offered to let OS go so JR could be with his mom, but he wanted to be the one to drop the hammer on OS so bad he went to NYC and let OS go. That is the kind of person JR was, so Corp comms creates the monsters they have, enjoy the next one.

I am so happy I never have to hear her tell us to "lean in and embrace the new model" again -- because our clients sure did not.
As far as I could tell, she spends most of her time speaking to outside groups and posting about it on LinkedIn, so she probably won't miss the job that much.
Who is pitching PR Week?
BR was a train wreck from the day she arrived. The wrong choice and the only person who didn’t see that was Bill Daley. Can someone enlighten us on what he does every day? Other than emails from him that look like a first grader typed it out. It is embarrassing.
Nothing new here folks. The elite hire the elite and they take away millions with nothing in exchange. Just another sign of a failed company going down the tube. Only in banking

What’s next? We will spend another year without someone in the corp Comms leaders seat at a time when we need a leader. This could have been avoided if Daley actually hired someone qualified in the first place and had any ability to do anything. Who would want this terrible job? BD is awful. The structure that BR created is awful. Working for Charlie is awful. They will need to pay through the nose to get someone in that seat.
I keep waiting for another poem.
