I have had bad scores on pulse surveys for over a year and nothing so it isnt an automatic RIF. Maybe i’m jn some control group for some of their statistical studies to see if I improve or quit.

what departments are doing layoffs?
I complained about lay offs in my department because there had been 2 in 3 years and then I got laid off 2 weeks ago. Can’t get an interview for anything internal or they are dragging their feet on purpose. Good luck.
Is Pulse a way to single out those for the next RIF based on the low ratings they answered? And for those that think it's anonymous, think again.

They don’t ask relevant questions ever….if they asked about our systems and such, and not if we understand our roles….it would be a completely different result. Just sayin
