Will it be the paycheck of March 11th or March 25th?

Was told when I joined that the bonuses do not get cut. First bonus comes in and it was 2/3rds what they promised. Hope now that I actually see it as my merit increase was laughable.

Folks...I left HW at the start of pandemic nervous about what is next and now receiving larger bonuses than I ecevr received in more than 13 years at HW. A start up company that knows how to treat their people right and realizes that you need people to grow opposed to HWs reality....people are the biggest cost, so keep cutting them and shutting sites down.

Bonuses....you all should just be grateful to work for such a great leaders in DA and MM. They really are cream of the crop....not sure what crop....maybe the pile of sh#t crop.

Nearly every company gives employees bonuses, except Honeywell. Band 4 isn't some high achievement, people from the outside that were already receiving bonuses are automatically band 4 candidates otherwise, would be impossible to recruit. So if you're stuck in band 2/3, best to leave if you want to get a bonus. Otherwise it's on you for not taking charge of your career. You already know Honeywell isn't going to help you.

Remember they can and DID pull the rug out from under you until the $$$ is in your bank and cleared

The actual date does not matter. Just wait until that deposit has cleared before giving notice. What is the over/under on a millenia of experience leaving in April?

@1sba+1fvSFcJT Im not in that Upper bands for bonus nice jab though LOL And no my performance is very good as I said its the one guy pulling card on alot of us over the years and gets away with it. And they re treating us longer timers like cr-p as few left or retired few year early as they tired of being treated like that and all were top performers too.

Well then thats on you, seems like you are a lower performer if you spent almost 40 years without getting a single annual bonus.

Like every year it will be in the same as the salary cycle when adjustments to your increment takes effect in your April pay cycle.
