I suspect that the email Santone sent out, with most of us voted to disconnect DTV service. I would have thought we should have heard something about returning the equipment or some other communication confirming our DTV service will be ending in about 10 days?
Or is DTV going to slam us all? I suspect the incompetent Ratbert Santone would blow it.
Or are you all just directly contacting DTV and cancelling your Service on your own?

It was always concerning a large corporation was running an interest poll through SurveyMonkey to begin with! At a minimum, employee details were recorded externally.
I called DirecTV to verify that I canceled service as an employee. They had no record. Apparently the survey monkey did nothing. You MUST call 800-531-5000 with your account number if you want to disconnect the service, it cannot be done online.
The next benefit cut will be your job and you’ll be better off because of it!
