None of us are fans of Frank for a million good reasons, but I think too many people are focusing on just him when it comes to the state of the company. Do you honestly think that changing a CEO is all it would take to bring Fiserv back on the right path? No, we are far beyond that point. If this is fixable, it'll require a much bigger change, including a replacement of the entire ELT and a major shift in company culture. Let me say this again: IF this is even fixable.

The Board doesn't seem to want to get it "back to what it was". They want to create something different. they don't want to "fix" it to "keep" employees. They want to start over!
Frank if you're reading this, I am a manager who is fed up with your poor leadership and am planning on walking out soon. And I am going to talk to the press about your crew's mentally abusive style of leadership. I've been keeping a log and it will be quite damaging.
Frank and the board will never leave because this is exactly what they want to happen. Massive turnover of higher paid associates to lower paid without paying a severance. That’s the whole game
I'm actually pretty happy at the the butthurt 'company man' posts like the ones below. It reveals the true nature of the culture of Fiserv.
Attention to any prospective employees: this is the attitude and overall level of emotional intelligence you will get from management. Dare to voice your opinion, even in an anonymous post? You'll be branded as a 'malcontent'. Don't wiggle your mouse every seven seconds? You'll be shortlisted for an upcoming RIF.
Choose your future employer wisely.
Frank will outlast all of you malcontents…

Too much talent, knowledge, and experience has been lost, there is no recovery at this point.
A new CEO? Sure - after the company is broken up and sold.
