@2ufm+1fw34ijG, yep. Ford screwed the pooch. They are now going to get sued one way or another. If they don't drop the mandate and go through with it, they will get sued. If they drop it now after so many got the vax just to meet the mandate, they'll get sued.
Funny how the most lawsuit fearing company on planet earth managed to paint themselves into a corner. ID--TIC.
IMO the criminal bit is forcing people into making medical choices based on employment considerations rather than the medical issue only.
I hope that Ford drops the vax mandate but when they do many people will lose their minds. I work in a manufacturing plant. Many people I know only got the vaccine since they didn't want to lose their job. There are many people in this situation.
Doesn't matter what your opinion about the vax is. The fact that Ford forced you to get the jab to keep your job and then said "never mind, we don't care who got it." is just criminal.
Look at Google. I read on another post that they dropped the mandate. Anyone know what the ramifications of their actions were?
One can only hope that HR gets the message and necessary burnt sacrifices are made.
