I thought I did the right thing by coming here. Now it turns out that I came here from a company that was better than this. There is always some high school drama here. I'm really sick of it. I hope not many people made the same mistake as I did by moving from a better environment to this mess here?

People just dont want to listen during interviews or ask questions to interviewers. I have had to give a few interviews and no ones asks about the job, work/life balance, or anything about the interviewers. Ive almost come out and told people to run but only tried to warn them off. They excitedly accept the job offer and then complain about many things including things I had told them.
this is the most toxic environments I have ever been involved with. thank god im retired.

But the good news is we just hired another no experience executive to replace your tenure.
I just got laid off after working here for over 15 years and they don’t give a cr-p about you. So I would leave now before it gets worse.
