It’s not about badge swipes anymore -they’re able to track and pull reports together based on where and how associates log into their computer.
I didn't even go, no one asked. I'm not going back either. Got emails telling me if I wasn't lucky enough to get the masks or tests they were giving that they will have more tomorrow ha ha ha! What a joke! They are not even ready for people to come back. I worked all day just like everyday I did my job and they will have to pay me as long as I do my job that's what they hired me for, I am not part of the decoration at their covid central building.
Today was the first day back. Nothing changed. My desk was left as I left it two years ago. No temperature checks, no mask requirements (except in public spaces which most were not honoring) no separation of cubes, no six feet distancing basically ZERO precautions. The only difference was we all now know who didn't get the vaccine because they are not in. I tried to do the right thing by getting a vaccine to protect myself, my family and those in society. Where did that land me? Sitting in rush hour traffic, spending $4 per gallon of gas to commute, less time time family/myself and best of all in a room full of people with no masks coughing and sneezing.
Not any different before the pandemic. MANY people were doing the same thing intentionally misleading them. Pretending to work.
Couldn’t agree more. Fu-k this place and the scumbag management.
It would be smarter to just not go in at all. They now have badge logs and security video explicitly demonstrating that you were intentionally misleading them.
