I quit. Immediate relief from broken everything. Dont know whats ahead but never felt such a burden lifted in my life

I applaud to call Center people if they indeed are going to do what was mentioned. Sorry to say, I kind of not believing it. It is very easy to be brave on this site vs real life. And if you are actually going to go through with it 👏👏👏
Yes, people who will stay will be affected and company will. For those people it could be a kick to look for better opportunities! For WF maybe they will learn or at least will sit in a paddle for a while which is fine with me.
I think the mass "no show" is childish. Hate on WF, RTO and all the other cr-p - I'm with you. But a mass walk out will only sc--w the folks that don't leave and the customers - neither of which deserve it.
Just turn in your notice like grown-ups. Is the "gotcha" really that important?
Congratulations! I left a year ago (I just check in here to watch the train wreck and rejoice that I'm not part of it anymore). You'll feel so much better having shed the stink of WF.
I "kinda quit" 10 years ago, after busting my a55 on never-ending 90 hour work weeks, repeated all nighters, and being disciplined for falling asleep at my desk after consecutive overnight "EACO" panic sessions. Sleep deprivation was a serious issue.
It ocurred to me that nothing we were actually doing mattered. Everything we touched could burn down and at the end of the day nobody other than my manager would even pretend to care.
But 10 years later here I am. I still log on, and I still collect a paycheck, but for personal/medical reasons I never resigned. I figured that "if they fire me, they fire me" and I wouldn't care. Evidently THEY don't care either......
I do a little bit here and there, and call in to all the calls that I get invites for. But I don't actually DO anything. I'm just kinda there.
I've been expecting them to lay me off for years, but it never happens. I even get "meets" on my reviews.

Left a few weeks ago...grass is much greener at a smaller bank (as is my comp). Last step to leaving WF is weaning myself off this misersble website.
I left one year ago. My new employer is not in the news in a negative way, so that’s nice. More than that I feel I am treated fairly and have confidence I am in a good company. Not perfect but good. I think it took about 6 months for healing and for my blood pressure to return to a healthy level. If you are miserable at WF, and you have an opportunity to move to a better company, I hope you take it. It’s been great for me. I love the people I worked with at WF, and I hope the bank can become actually good deep down someday. I don’t see it yet.
A whole bunch of us in call centers are planning on going back, but using the PTO for the days we have to be in office, then mass quitting once we run out - if we aren’t laid off first. Multiple call centers too - we have a chat going outside of work.

I left in January of this year. Was the best move I’ve ever made in my life and career! Congrats to you!
